Referral service only

Houston Roof Match is a free referral service for homeowners. We are not a roofing contractor, insurer, insurance agent, or public adjuster. We do not perform, supervise or guarantee any roofing work, and we do not give insurance, legal or claim advice.

Independent contractors

Roofers we match you with are independent businesses, not our employees or agents. Any agreement for work is between you and the roofer. The roofer is solely responsible for its estimates, pricing, permits, workmanship, warranties and conduct. You are never obligated to hire a matched roofer.

How matching works

When you submit a request, we select one participating roofer from our local network for your area using a fair rotation among active partners who serve that area. Your request is shared with that one matched roofer only — never with other roofers or lead buyers. We may later adjust how leads are shared among partners (for example, based on homeowner feedback), but each homeowner request still goes to only one roofer.

Referral fees

Participating roofers pay us a flat fee for each referral we send them. Homeowners pay us nothing. There is no long-term contract required of partners.

Vetting

We check certain things before accepting a roofer, such as proof of insurance and business registration. These checks are limited, are based on information available to us, and are not a guarantee or endorsement of any roofer's work.

No availability guarantee

We may not have an available partner in our network for every ZIP code or service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Houston Roof Match is not liable for any work, damages or disputes arising from your dealings with any roofer. The site is provided "as is."

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
