Houston Roof Match

For roofers

Never-shared Houston roofing leads. Fairly rotated.

Each homeowner request goes to one partner only—never shared with a crowd. Leads in your areas rotate fairly among our vetted network. No bidding wars, no membership fee, no long-term contract.

How the partnership works

Fair rotation

Leads in your areas rotate among active partners who serve that neighborhood. Each lead still goes to only one roofer—never split or auctioned.

First leads free

Your first few leads are free, so you can judge the quality before you pay anything.

No long-term contract

Flat fee per lead after your free ones. Weekly invoices. Pause or stop anytime.

Consented contacts

Homeowners agree to be contacted by one matched roofer, by call or text.

Clear lead details

Service type, material, timeline and homeowner status come with every lead.

Fair credits

Bad leads (invalid contact, outside covered ZIPs, not roofing, duplicates, not a homeowner / denies the request, or test/spam) get a replacement lead credit when reported within 72 hours. Refunds are available on request at our discretion.

Weekly billing

Every Monday we invoice via Stripe for the prior week’s leads minus credits. Your card on file is charged automatically. No membership fee, no long-term contract.

Down the road we may give partners with stronger homeowner feedback a larger share of leads in their areas. Every lead will still go to only one roofer.

Partner requirements

  • Current general liability insurance (certificate on file)
  • Registered business with a Houston-area address
  • Pull permits where required, and give written contracts
  • Follow Texas law: no deductible waivers or rebates, no acting as a public adjuster
  • Honor homeowner opt-outs (STOP) right away

Apply to become a partner

By applying you agree to our partner terms: fair rotation, weekly Stripe billing, and replacement-lead credits for qualifying bad leads (refund on request). A Texas attorney should review the full draft agreement before you sign commercially.
